Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 bowl of zucchini, washed and sliced
  • 1 bowl of lettuce, washed
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, washed and sliced

Dressing

  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 blood oranges, juiced
  • 1 orange, juiced

Directions

  1. Combine the lemon juice, blood orange juice, and orange juice to make the dressing.
  2. Combine everything in a large bowl, and toss well.
