Ingredients

  • 36 chicken wingettes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • ¾ cup tequila
  • 6 tbsp freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • Oil for deep frying

Directions

  1. Sprinkle wingettes with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat oil to 350°F. Fry wings in batches for 12 minutes. Drain on a rack.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and boil over high heat until reduced by ⅓.
  4. Toss wings with sauce mixture and serve warm.
