Ingredients

  • 4 ea. (28 oz) boneless duck breasts
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Brush duck with olive oil. Season liberally with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  2. Heat a grill to medium-high heat. Add duck breasts and cook, covered, 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook 3–4 more minutes for medium rare.
  3. Remove to a plate and let rest 5 minutes.
  4. Serve warm, sliced on the bias.
