Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 chipotle chiles in adobo, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp adobo sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • ¼ tsp freshly-ground cumin

Directions
