Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 kg high-protein (e.g. bread) flour
  • 150 g low-protein flour
  • 11 g yeast
  • 30 ml cold water
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil

Toppings

  • 20 ea. shrimp
  • 3 cans tuna
  • 10 rings sliced onion

  • 30 cloves garlic

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper

Directions

  2. Prepare the toppings, briefly mix all together, and let rest for 3 minutes.
  3. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce.
  4. Roll out the dough into a circle, and spread the sauce on top. Arrange the toppings over top.
  5. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
