Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized mango, peeled and fleshed removed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 2 drops vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon maida (all-purpose flour)
  • 2 bread slices

Directions

  1. Blend together the mango flesh, sugar, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon powder until smooth.
  2. Add a bit of maida to the batter and whisk it well.
  3. Dip the bread slices in the batter and fry them in a oiled pan until brown on both sides.
  4. Serve hot.
