Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 red chillies, sliced 1 cm thick
  • 2 green chillies, sliced 1 cm thick
  • 3 scallions (white part only), sliced thin
  • 200 g bean sprouts, soaked in hot water
  • 25 g fresh parsley
  • Duck meat, sliced 1 cm thick
  • 600 g cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp habanero
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1½ tbsp salt

Directions

  1. Heat the butter and sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, chillies, and scallion. Fry, stirring, for 15 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add the duck meat, bean sprouts, and parsley. Stir until the duck meat changes color.
  3. Add the rice, and then the soy sauce, habanero, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well-mixed.
  4. Serve hot.
