Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 chipotle chiles in adobo, stemmed
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup adobo sauce
  • Tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Pulse everything except chips in a blender until smooth.
  2. Serve with chips.
