Ingredients

  • 3 fresh chiles
  • 6 medium tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh Ashwe leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Palm oil
  • 0.3 kg Beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste

Directions

  1. Blend pepper, tomatoes and onions together.
  2. Pluck and chop the ashwe leaves.
  3. Heat a small amount of palm oil in a pot. Add the blended mixture along with the ashwe leaves and beef.
  4. Add salt to taste and stir slowly.
  5. Cook for 5-6 minutes, then serve.
