(24–32 ounces) strip steaks; 1 ¼ tsp rosemary, finely chopped; 2 tsp thyme, finely chopped; Salt; Freshly-ground black pepper; Extra-virgin olive oil; 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided; 2 pounds redskin potatoes, cut into 2-inch cubes but left unpeeled; 1 tbsp salt; 1 tbsp black pepper; ¾ cup olive oil; 1 tbsp minced garlic; 1 ½ tsp dried rosemary; 1 tbsp dried thyme; 4 assorted bell peppers, sliced into 3-inch strips; 1 tbsp olive oil; Salt; Freshly-ground black pepper; ½ cup red wine; Few glasses red wine or cognac; Nice salad for an appetizer (hopefully with a homemade dressing)
