Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green chile (optional, for heat), finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, thinly sliced onions, and finely chopped green chili (if using).
  2. Drizzle the vegetable oil and lemon juice over the vegetables.
