Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 sheets of unflavored gelatin
  • 6 dl (600 ml) low-fat/fat free fromage frais
  • 6 saltspoons (1½ tsp) sugar-free strawberry jam
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 saltspoons (¾ tsp) sugar or granulated sugar replacement
  • ½ dl (50 ml) boiling water
  • Fresh berries

Directions

  1. Soak gelatin sheets in cold water to hydrate them.
  2. Beat fromage frais and strawberry jam until well-combined.
  3. Whip egg whites with sugar until stiff. Fold into the fromage mixture.
  4. Take the gelatin sheets out of the water, and dissolve them in the boiling water. Stir this carefully into the strawberry mixture.
  5. Transfer mixture to individual cups or a bowl, and chill in the refrigerator for several hours until firm.
  6. Decorate with fresh berries and serve.
