Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 slice of deli ham
  • 1 slice of queso fresco
  • Oil

Directions

  1. Heat up some oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. On a cutting board, with two tortillas, place a slice of deli ham and then queso fresco in the middle, and place another tortilla on top.
  3. When the oil is hot, place the raw sincronizada on the pan and let the first side brown for a few minutes until the outside becomes crispy.
  4. Once the first side is golden brown, flip the sincronizada over and brown the other side to crisp up in the same manner.
  5. After a few more minutes, place the sincronizada on a plate with napkins, and enjoy.

Notes

When making two sincronizadas, you must double the amount of ingredients used (e.g. 4 tortillas and 2 slices each of deli ham and queso fresco), while for each sincronizada, the amount of tortillas and filling used remains the same as the instructions above.
