Rosemary Garlic Strip Steak

Ingredients

- 2 strip steaks
- 1 ½ tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 sprigs rosemary
Directions
- Rub steaks with garlic on both sides and coat with olive oil.
- Sprinkle steaks with salt and black pepper and place on the highest heat you can get with your grill. Place rosemary on top of each steak.
- Sear 2–3 minutes per side and move to medium grill temperature. Cook until internal temperature reaches desired "doneness".
- Let rest 10 minutes; slice thinly across the grain on a bias and serve.
