Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 boneless pork loin roast
  • 3 Tbsp Barbecue Rub

Directions

  1. Combine mustard and vinegar, and rub all over pork.
  2. Coat pork evenly with the Barbecue Rub.
  3. Grill on a preheated grill, turning often until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63˚C).
  4. Remove and let rest for 10 minutes. Serve.
