Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • ¼ ea. small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 ½ tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until relatively smooth.
  2. Pour into your dipping bowl, and serve with a Greek-style dish.
