Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.7 oz dry ground mustard
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Mix sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper together. Mix in water.
  2. Mix in vinegar last, as the mustard will lose some of its flavour if vinegar is introduced too early.
  3. Stir using a wire whisk to prevent lumps.
  4. Add some water if too thick.

Notes

It gets better as it cools and ages awhile.
