Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 7–8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 2 cups grated Velveeta cheese
  • 1 dash each of red pepper, paprika, and garlic powder

Directions

  1. Put bread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Mix melted butter, milk, seasonings, and beaten eggs.
  3. Pour mixture over bread.
  4. Sprinkle with diced ham and top with grated cheese.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
