Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 or 4 calamansi
  • 1 glass cold water
  • ½ tablespoon granulated sugar
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Directions

  1. Halve the calamansi with a sharp knife.
  2. Use your hands to squeeze the juice from the calamansi.
  3. Combine the juice with the cold water in a glass.
  4. Stir in sugar until dissolved.
  5. Add ice cubes.

Notes

This drink can also be served hot.

It is a good source of Vitamin C.
