Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1 quart apple juice

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
  2. Divide between mugs.
  3. Heat as desired, and serve.

Notes

Add rum or brandy for an adult butterbeer.
